About Dr. Christine Van Horn: Dr. Van Horn is an author, teaching and speaker. Her goal is to help rebuild foundational values through mentorship and focusing on character in society. She educates through her books, online teaching and speaking.

As a retired Certified Emergency Manager with 30 years of experience, she now focuses on character education in society. With degrees in Health, Military Studies, and Christian Theology, she leads the “Character Club” program and authored “Captain Character” books to teach character to children. Inspired by her WWII Veteran father, she aims to bridge the gap between past values and today’s society through books, online teaching, and speaking engagements. Her latest endeavor, “Teach Your Children Timeless Truths in Uncertain Times,” offers an online program for adults and children to learn character traits and life skills together.
