Swap blame for questions that build the future. Ask, “If things looked the way you want, what would you be doing now?”

Daily Habit: Ask, “Where are we gaining ground?” Every win lays a brick.

Words are scaffolding around tomorrow’s reality. You build the future every time you say yes or no.

• What’s energizing you?
• What are we learning?

Power Tip: Twice a day, hammer in this sentence: “I admire…”
