Healthy men must rebuke American women to save our souls and to prevent ourselves from becoming extinct. We are being assaulted daily thru television, politics, music, movies, and magazines. Corporations are brutally guiding men towards a life of hopelessness, slavery, debt and despair.

American women have willfully lost their privilege to date or marry decent men. I'm a decent man who is willing and able to fight in constructive ways. What will you do in the face of the feminist's challenge? Will you self-destruct? Will you soon be feminized to the point where you are required by law to take estrogen injections to act more feminine?

Our fight requires no bullets or bombs. Ours is a cultural exodus using discipline, self-respect, self-restraint, logic and reason as our weapons. There is no need to lay even one finger on an American woman. They should be shunned and left barren to date and marry drug users, scoundrels, diseased, abusive and dishonest men only.

If we do nothing, we lose our souls and livelihoods. If we act in meticulous, emphatic, and forthright manners...our battles will be supplely won.

Most American women are both physically and emotionally ugly. I suggest that men take trips to other parts of the world if they want to meet truly beautiful women.

Below are my suggestions on how decent men can effect cultural change in America. Keep in mind that I will make adjustments to my philosophy as I continue to fully experience life.

Your wife should home school your children

Enjoy being a spiritual man walking towards God's light each day

Get out of debt

Use the Internet to discuss current events

Take accredited college courses via the Internet

Learn to play a musical instrument, dance, or draw

Do not date or marry an American woman

Do not use illicit or psychotropic prescription drugs

Vote like your life depends on it

If you are a skilled lover, you will realize that sex is naturally more enjoyable for the woman

Show by example the rewards of honesty

Learn about sexually transmitted diseases and infection rates from around the world

Practice safe sex

Don't have kids until you are in your thirties

Get rid of that nasty pot belly

Push for a federal flat tax of 10% plus a combined 5% state and local tax

Do not treat pets like human beings

Do not cheat on your girlfriend or wife if you have agreed upon a monogamous relationship

Leave American women with nothing but dishonest and abusive men to spend their time with

Don't believe that violence is as funny or amusing as Hollywood says it is

Realize that decent men are valuable and sought after by women outside of America

Don't be embarrassed about living a honest and humble life

Accept responsibility for your actions

Legally pay for the music you download via the Internet

Don't Smoke

Don't engage in anal sex

Do not marry any woman with a tattoo

Limit or end your alcohol consumption

Realize that it's a honor and privilege to be a man

Don't tease your friends

Treat women as unique but not as your equal

Don't go without sex for long periods of time.

Start a small business in a foreign country

Register to vote as an (n) Independent

Your mind has the ability to fight most sicknesses that do not require the skills of a surgeon or certain anti-biotics

Use statistics, reason, and logistics to maneuver thru society

Limit your exposure to commercial broadcast television

Honest people can always come to understanding and agreement

Never stop dreaming of a better life for you and your family
